  • Must have the ability to form close relationships with principals and customers at all levels.
  • Experience in Public Sector Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pre Sales Consultant – ERP

Your key responsibilities will be capturing & analyzing client requirements and articulating into the best possible technical solution for positioning ERP.

  • 6+ years of Operational and/or consulting experience with in depth understanding in banking/finance or insurance sectors
  • Proficiency in processes & systems in banking/finance or insurance sectors

Key Responsibilities

  • Must play a Presales level lead role in the delivery of consultancy services for JIT-Telco team, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Must provide assistance and support on Solution Architecture/technical issues to Telecom sales and other team members as required by sharing technical knowledge and experiences.
  • Must be able to continually review and enhance existing knowledge with the addition of new technologies and assist in the development of services based on new products.
  • Must provide ‘soft’ consultancy skills and maintain a proactive approach to gain absolute trust of the customers.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from either University of Moratuwa or Peradeniya would be a definite advantage.
  • Leading Industry certifications is highly desirable.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of presales/post sales experience in a Solution provider environment.
  • Experience in providing pre-sales support and onsite delivery of solutions in varying technical environments is an added advantage.
  • Must have working knowledge of international Telecom-related standards or frameworks.
