JIT’s dedicated Support & Maintenance Teams have gone through rigorous on the job training certifications and regular refresher courses to ensure the optimum Service Levels are maintained. Our Online Help Desk system provides you the ability to log in your issues and monitor status of resolutions easily.

For many years we have successfully provided On-site support for Mission critical systems – 1st Level and 2nd Level support for correction of errors, bugs, updates and updates of software as well as core software changes.

JIT has a 24 x 7 On-line helpdesk where customers are able to login anytime and check the status of their incident. Customers are also able to log incidents online without having to call the Helpdesk and this gets tracked online and notifies the relevant Engineers or Support Managers based on the SLA and escalation also happens automatically through emails or sms.
