As Sri Lanka’s foreign exchange reserves grew, the Central Bank recognized the need to modernize its International Operations Department. This project focused on modernizing the dealing room and streamlining foreign exchange transactions. JIT integrated the comprehensive Guava Suite by CCK, a leading treasury management and wholesale banking system, into the Central Bank’s operations. This system empowered the Central Bank to efficiently manage its entire treasury operation, encompassing dealing, risk management, settlement, accounting, reporting, and critically important international reserve management activities.
